Health & Safety Procedures

Let's address the elephant in the room...COVID-19.

As the world heals and emerges from the global pandemic, we are aware of the concerns our attendees have for their safety and well-being. With the number of vaccinations available to MA Residents increasing daily and the state moving forward with lifting restrictions, we are confident we will be able to provide a safe and successful show.

Here's Our Plan

We are working with our stakeholders and partners weekly on creating a safe environment for all. We will be updating this page consistently as plans and restrictions are constantly evolving.
We will also be communicating with our attendees and exhibitors directly on any updates.
As of March 8th, 2022 the following precautions will be in place:
  • Masks: The mask mandate has been lifted in Boston, meaning masks for the show will be optional, and based on your own personal preference.  You do not need to wear a mask to attend.
  • Registration: Registration will be getting a facelift to promote social distancing and an easier check-in experience. "Touchless" Registration will be available - attendees will be able to scan their QR Codes on their event confirmations to check into the event.
  • Sanitation Stations: Hand sanitizer stations will be available at multiple points through the entire show, including all entrances to the general session, breakout rooms, and expo.
  • Increased signage and awareness: We will have more signage and floor stickers helping to keep people aware and promote physical distancing.
General /Education Sessions
  • Tables spaced out from each other
  • Tables of 8 for general session; classroom style for breakout sessions with increased spacing.
  • Hand Sanitizer offered at every room entrance.
Tradeshow Floor
  • Larger trade show floor to provide space to encourage social distancing
  • Larger aisles, especially the main aisle
  • Booths will be spaced apart to encourage social distancing
