Successful fashion designer Tan France is renowned as the witty wardrobe wiz leading the charge in the fashion department on the Emmy-winning makeover hit and Netflix re-boot, Queer Eye. Ready to make America fabulous again, one makeover at a time, France showcases how the experience is so much more than just new clothes; it’s about real-life issues, changes, and acceptance on all sides.
Following the global success of Queer Eye, Tan released his New York Times bestselling memoir, Naturally Tan, which reveals what it was like to grow up gay in a traditional South Asian family, as one of the few people of color in South Yorkshire, England. Tan also released the 1st season of his viral YouTube series, Dressing Funny, which features him making over his celebrity friends, including Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Nick Kroll, Miranda Sings, Pete Davidson, and John Mulaney. He also co-hosts a Netflix competition series Next in Fashion and a MasterClass Style for Everyone. He is the host of the Queer Icons podcast and has a gender-neutral clothing line, Was Him.

Ariel Foxman is the Vice President, Brand and Experience of Boston Seaport by WS Development. Foxman is the former Editor in Chief of InStyle magazine, a role he held for 8 years before transitioning from publishing to place-making a couple of years ago. Prior to InStyle, Foxman had held editorial roles at Conde Nast Publications including Details, The New Yorker and Cargo. A contributing editor at Vanity Fair, Foxman also writes regularly for Architectural Digest. Foxman was named to the “Out 100” in 2022, and has been included in The Business of Fashion’s “BoF 500”, as well as Crain’s “40 Under 40”. Foxman lives in Boston with his husband, education strategist Brandon Cardet-Hernandez, and their son, Cielo.

He has served as a project executive overseeing more than $1.5B in new construction including state and federal government buildings and negotiated those leases. He has also served as Administrator for the Receiver for various REO or MIP properties on behalf of the U.S. Federal Bankruptcy Court, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, MassHousing and Ocwen Federal Bank. Mr. Ployer attained his unrestricted construction supervisor’s license (CSL) over twenty one years ago and provides Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) services to his clients. These capital upgrade, renovation, rehabilitation, and insurance restoration projects are managed at the highest level. As a licensed construction professional and former general contractor, he truly understands both sides; an owner’s needs and objectives and how best to work with contractors and other professionals to achieve them, on-time and within budget. He also provides litigation support services and expert witness testimony to law firms nationwide on a variety of real estate and other safety-related cases. |
Krystal Rodriguez kicked off her career in the affordable sector of the multifamily industry in 2008, working as an Administrative Assistant for a challenging cooperative. She quickly understood the profound impact her role had on the lives of the residents within her community and has since committed herself to assisting others in finding a place they can call home, no matter the location or property.
Krystal currently serves as a Director of Portfolio Operations for Peabody Properties and holds both a CPM and NAHP-e designation. In this role, Krystal provides leadership and guidance to her direct reports while actively developing and directing her assigned portfolio of investment properties to allow for exceptional operations standards and new business growth. Krystal previously held the title of Senior Property manager and joined the Peabody Companies in June 2013.
In addition to her operations role, Krystal has served as an inaugural Co-Chair of Peabody’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee from 2020 – 2022. Led by the passion she found early in her career, she continues to focus on helping to create an inclusive, equitable, and authentic culture for all Peabody team members, clients, and residents, alike.

Tammy Jordan, VP of People Culture
Peabody Properties Tammy Jordan’s experience in employee development and leadership training spans 17 years and is known for her ability to assist in team transformation. Her professional career has included positions in health care, legal, education, hospitality, not-for-profit, and organizational development consulting.
Tammy currently serves as the VP of People and Culture for Peabody Properties. With a team-member-first approach, Tammy provides leadership and guidance to all Peabody departments while striving to maintain an inclusive, safe, equitable, and respectful work environment for all team members. She also collaborates with the executive leadership team to strategize and implement long-term business goals, leverage company strengths, and identify opportunities for continued improvement. In addition to this role, Tammy serves on Peabody’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee and prior to joining Peabody advised the DEI committee on change management strategies in a consulting role. Nancy Goldsmith
Managing Director, Operations Bozzuto Management Company Nancy Goldsmith, Managing Director of Operations, has worked with the principals of The Bozzuto Group for over 30 years. Nancy oversees operations for an apartment portfolio of over 40,000 units across 135 communities containing over 1,000,000 square feet of retail in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. Nancy works in conjunction with the executive team to drive performance at the property level and provide strategic support to both her clients and team.
Throughout her career in property management, Nancy has led the completion of over 000 lease-ups in various markets. During her time as Senior Vice President, she led a team of eight regional managers focused on expanding operations from the Mid-Atlantic into New England. During her time as a Regional Portfolio Manager, she was responsible for 30 different communities. Prior to this role, she served as a tenured Property Manager for five Bozzuto managed communities. Nancy has also worked for Simpson Property Group and Legacy Partners in Colorado and the Housing Opportunities Commission in Montgomery County, Maryland. |
Michael D. Procopio
Principal, CEO The Procopio Companies Michael is a principal at The Procopio Companies, a third generation construction and development firm founded in 1950, and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic growth of the firm, and with leading the team through all aspects of large scale residential & commercial development across a portfolio of companies. Michael has led the development of over 3,000,000 square feet of residential property, and was selected as one of Building Design + Construction’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2022, and as one two national finalists for the National Association of Home Builders One-to-Watch Award.
Michael has a Bachelor of Science degree from Salem State University and is a LEED Accredited Professional by the US Green Building Council. He holds an Unrestricted Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
