Call for Speakers Form

When submitting, please keep in mind the following:

You must be available on Tuesday, May 20, 2025. Any time restrictions should be shared in the form below. If you are traveling, it is expected you will travel by Monday, May 19, 2025 to ensure you will be in Boston on the 20th.
Breakout sessions are 60 minutes long, with content at least 45 minutes in length, and any time left over for questions from the audience. Breakout sessions occur at various times throughout the day; scheduling / time of breakout sessions are at the discretion of MAA Staff and internal scheduling. You can mention a preferred schedule time or time of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
After you submit, MAA Staff will reach out to confirm submission. Once speakers are selected by MAA, we will reach out for additional information needed and speaker agreements.
