A trailblazing and genuine change-agent, Bozoma “Boz” Saint John is a Hall of Fame Inducted Marketing Executive, author, and entrepreneur who is worthy of the Harvard Business School case study written about her career, titled “Leading with Authenticity and Urgency.” Few people have the depth and breadth of experience that Boz has. Her remarkable success at Netflix, Pepsi, Apple, Uber; the Endeavor brands (WME | IMG, Miss Universe, Ultimate Fighting Champion, Professional Bull Riders, and more); and her own haircare and wig brand, Eve by Boz, proves her to be one of the most effective marketers of any generation. On February 21, 2023, Viking Books published her memoir, The Urgent Life.
With almost 20 years of experience that spans multiple industries including digital music and entertainment, consumer packaged goods, fashion, sports and automotive, Bozoma is a leader heralded for her bold thinking and cutting-edge ideas. Prior to Netflix and Endeavor, she served as the Chief Brand Officer at Uber, where she was tasked with telling the stories of millions of riders and driver-partners across over 600 cities, and as the Head of Global Consumer Marketing for Apple Music and iTunes, where she built and launched Apple Music, as well as spearheaded campaigns geared towards growing consumer brand recognition, loyalty, and equity around the world. 
Recognized for her breakthrough work by both the industry and her peers, Boz is a member of the Billboard Hall of Fame, the American Advertising Federation Hall of Achievement and American Marketing Association Hall of Fame. She has been the recipient of numerous awards, named Forbes #1 Most Influential CMO in 2021, Executive of the Year by Billboard Magazine, and featured in lists such as Fortune’s "Most Influential CMOs," Fast Company’s and Ad Age’s "100 Most Creative People," and more.

As Founder and CEO of Tour24, Georgianna has extensive experience as an entrepreneur and innovator in the proptech space, having built and sold several businesses including EverGreen Solutions and AptBudget both sold to RealPage, and most recently Package Concierge, which was sold to Gibraltar Industries (Nasdaq:ROCK) in 2017. She is a member of the Multifamily Technology Entrepreneur Conference (MTEC) and National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) advisory boards and a founding board member of the National Leased Housing Association (NLHA) Education Fund. Georgianna serves as a Forbes Business Council Advisor and a contributing writer for the Leadership Network at Entrepreneur.com. Throughout her career, Georgianna has leveraged technology to disrupt and modernize the multifamily industry. ​​

Julia Starr is a seasoned multifamily professional with experience in both onsite operations and marketing strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Marketing Strategist at National Development, she leverages her firsthand property management experience to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and convert leads into leases. Prior to this role, Julia spent five years at The Dolben Company, Inc., where she advanced through various onsite operational and leadership roles, including Property Manager and Marketing Manager. Her expertise in leasing, resident relations, and property management gives her a unique, operationally informed approach to marketing, ensuring strategies align with both business objectives and the resident experience. ​

​Lori Ricci

Lori has worked in the property and facilities management industry for more than 30 years managing large and complex portfolios of commercial, municipal and market-rate and affordable residential properties, many layered with multiple affordable programs.  

Her property management career began at Picerne Real Estate Group where in her 12-year tenure she contributed towards the company’s evolution from a regional housing provider to one with a national footprint and recognition as among the first in the industry to manage privatized military housing. 
In addition, after spending more than a decade in senior leadership roles at the largest manager of affordable housing, WinnResidential, just prior to joining Wingate, Ms. Ricci was the Chief Operating Officer at Rose Community Management (RCM) where she was responsible for optimizing operations and driving strategic initiatives to consistently generate tangible results.

In her current role with Wingate Management, Lori is focused on evolution in the industry and works to strategically implement change and innovation to enhance employee engagement and create operational efficiencies that help the organization to continue to grow and prosper. 




​Carla J. Alicea

​With over two decades of multifamily marketing experience, Carla Alicea has navigated supplier and operator roles, developing expertise in marketing and training strategies. Serving as VP of Marketing and Training for a top 50 NMHC owner-operator, Carla gained hands-on insights into the dynamic challenges of the industry. As Director of Research & Performance with ApartmentRatings & SatisFacts, she focuses on data analysis and collaboration with clients, staying at the forefront of industry trends.
Currently pursuing a Master's in Marketing Research and Analytics, Carla combines practical and academic knowledge to deliver sessions that challenge assumptions and provide actionable insights grounded in real-world expertise.

​Cameron Rapoport

 Cameron Rapoport is a senior account manager for Parity, responsible for the New England region, where he works with residential buildings to provide guaranteed energy savings through continuous control optimization. He has a diverse background in engineering, marketing, product management, and sales across industrial, commercial, and residential markets. His writing has been published by magazines such as PM Engineer and Plumbing and Mechanical, and he has been a guest speaker for multiple American Society of Plumbing Engineer chapters, the University of Florida, the New England Waterworks Association, and the New York Rural Water Association. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Pennsylvania, plays the fiddle, and was into baking sourdough bread before it was cool.

James Hannah leads the U.S. business for Parity - an HVAC Optimization as a Service company, focused on multifamily residential buildings and hotels. His career has been concentrated on accelerating the adoption of clean energy solutions within the real estate sector, especially for multifamily investors and property managers. He’s worked closely with many of the largest real estate companies in the country and has advised governments, utilities, and other stakeholders on energy-related policy matters. Prior to joining Parity in 2021, James spent 10 years at Bright Power where he held several positions, including Chief Customer Officer. Prior to Bright Power, James held positions in the renewable energy and financial services sectors. James holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Virginia Love

 Virginia Love began her multifamily career 34 years ago as a leasing consultant for Trammell Crow Residential Service, making $5.72 an hour and $30 a lease. With roles spanning training, marketing, and operations at companies like Summit Properties, Watermarke Companies, and ING Clarion, she joined Entrata in June 2019 as Industry Principal after twelve years as VP of Leasing and Marketing at Waterton Residential. In her current role at Entrata, Virginia drives growth and innovation through active involvement in marketing, product development, and sales. Virginia is a National Apartment Association Lyceum graduate and former Atlanta and Georgia Apartment Association Chairperson.  In 2021, she was named a Multifamily Influencer by GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum and was honored by Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards for 2022.  A seasoned speaker at industry conferences and events, she's participated in countless industry events.  Additionally, Virginia is an Apartment All-Star.

  Kara Rice has more than 30 years in multifamily in roles ranging from leasing to leadership, with an emphasis on employee development. Kara is fascinated by the intersection of high performance and high satisfaction—that sweet spot known as employee engagement. As the VP of Education for Swift Bunny, she works with multifamily leaders to make the workplace work well for all associates. Kara is a lifelong learner who enjoys helping others improve their performance. Presenting webinars and at industry conferences is a favorite aspect of work. She is an NAAEI Faculty member, a licensed Florida real estate sales associate, owner of rental property, and lease guarantor for her college-aged kids. A native of Gloucester, Massachusetts, Kara now lives in Florida with her family of five and spends her extra time and money on books and Broadway.

Michael Ferguson
SVP of Engineering

Michael heads the maintenance and engineering functions for Windsor Communities, a privately held vertically integrated company with 150 properties and 50,000 units in 14 states. His career began in 1996 as a consultant providing 20-year physical capital needs assessments for multi-family property owners across the US. After a decade, he transitioned to LIHTC asset management at MMA Financial and later served as Portfolio Facilities Director for Winn Companies’ military housing portfolio. Before joining Windsor in July 2015, he was Vice President of Facilities Management at Peabody Properties.
 
​Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Surveying from Leeds Metropolitan University (UK) and a LEED Green Associate designation.
